Problem
Day work in the Philippines runs on word of mouth. Trust and settlement are both unsolved.
Approach
We match and never touch the money. Wages are cash on site, workers pay nothing ever, and a job only closes when the worker types the four-digit PIN the employer issues.
What I built
- The entire loop: post, apply, match, arrive, PIN completion, mutual review
- Every exception path handled: cancel, no-show, dispute, expiry, account deletion
- Shipped as a web app and an Android app across the Philippines and Korea
- Designed to never touch funds, removing the regulatory risk up front
